Monthly Newsletter: A monthly newsletter is shared via Slack with all employees to provide visibility on different projects and next steps.
Quarterly KOALA Club: A hybrid gathering (both virtual and in-person) to review the major highlights of the quarter and engage in group discussions.
Weekly Team Meetings: Regular team meetings held on a weekly basis.
For the technical team: Regular Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospective, and review, as well as peer programming sessions.
Three Team Building Events per Year: Team-building activities such as karting, Koh Lanta (adventure challenge), jet skiing, escape games, murder mystery parties, etc.
